Mariela Mitchell
Mariela Mitchell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OneBridge Alliance. She has more than two decades of experience as an operations executive and entrepreneur leading business growth, operational strategy, and organizational development across multiple industries. In 2005, she co-founded ThinkTrading, helping scale the company to more than $32 million in revenue while serving in executive leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Her leadership approach combines operational precision, strategic vision, and a strong focus on sustainable growth and team development.
Over the last five years, Mariela has served as Chief Operating Officer at Pasternack Associates, LLC, where she has led operational and technology initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve the client experience, and support scalable growth. Under her operational leadership, the firm achieved 20% year-over-year annual growth while continuing to strengthen internal systems, compliance oversight, and organizational performance. Her experience includes business operations, strategic partnerships, risk management, process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.
Known for a practical yet forward-thinking leadership style, Mariela has built a reputation for aligning operational infrastructure with long-term business objectives while fostering strong organizational culture and accountability. Her background in entrepreneurship and operations has positioned her as a trusted leader in periods of growth, transition, and innovation.
Mariela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Florida Atlantic University, graduating summa cum laude. She is also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Lambda Pi Eta Communication Studies Honor Society. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she has served as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer for Palm Beach County, advocating for the best interests of children within the court system.

Stacia Lawrence
Stacia Lawrence heads up the Strategy & Development division of OneBridge Alliance, where she combines decades of leadership experience with a practical, results-driven approach to healthcare operations and revenue cycle strategy. With a career spanning more than 37 years, Stacia has worked alongside practices of all sizes across the country, helping them streamline operations, improve performance, and navigate complex challenges with confidence.
Prior to launching OneBridge, Stacia served as a representative of GE Healthcare, where she led over 200 software implementations and worked as a certified trainer for GE Centricity. A Six Sigma trainer and trusted advisor, she is known for guiding teams through operational transformation with clarity and precision.
She previously held the role of Chief Administrative Officer for Ortho Florida, a large orthopedic group with over 50 surgeons and a billing team of 35, and has served as an operations consultant to organizations such as StemMD and Innovative Healthcare Business Solutions. Her background also includes leadership roles in Orthopedic Surgery and Hematology/Oncology practices in Kentucky and Ohio.
Stacia’s extensive experience gives her a sharp understanding of healthcare workflows, revenue cycle management, staff development, and the systems that drive sustainable success in medical practices. She earned her BA from Miami University.
When she’s not leading OneBridge, Stacia enjoys spending time with her loved ones either nestled in the mountains of North Carolina or relaxing at her lake home in Kentucky—her two favorite places to recharge.

Brigida Fenelon
Brigida Fenelon is responsible for Operations & RCM, bringing over 20 years of experience in physician practice management, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare consulting. She holds a BBA in Management and Marketing and is certified as both a Professional Coder (CPC) and an Orthopedic Surgery Coder (COSC).
Brigida’s career has spanned a wide range of specialties and settings, with deep expertise in coding, auditing, reimbursement strategy, process improvement, software implementation, and project management. Known for her ability to translate complex administrative challenges into practical, efficient solutions, she is a trusted partner to medical practices navigating growth, change, or operational overhaul.
A longtime South Florida resident—since 1986—Brigida considers herself a native at heart. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son. She’s fueled by café con leche and a deep love for helping practices thrive.
She is also a proud member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE), and the Florida Anesthesia Administrators’ Association (FAAA)

Jo Ibasfalean
Jo Ibasfalean holds down the fortress of Finance & Internal Controls. With 40 years of experience in public accounting, Jo Ibasfalean provides tax, accounting, and advisory services with a practical, real world approach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has spent her career helping clients navigate complex tax and financial matters in a way that is both understandable and actionable.
Jo works extensively with business owners, medical practices, partnerships, and multi entity structures, providing support in tax compliance, bookkeeping cleanup, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and strategic tax planning. In addition to traditional tax services, she frequently assists clients with operational and financial issues that extend beyond the tax return itself, often serving in a CFO style advisory role.
Known for her direct communication style and problem solving mindset, Jo focuses on helping clients understand the financial side of their business while developing practical solutions to real world challenges. She also has a strong interest in technology and process improvement, including the integration of automation and AI tools into accounting workflows to improve efficiency and client service.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, camping with her husband, and taking long walks with her dog. She appreciates the opportunity to unplug, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time with the people who matter most to her.

Jeff Pasternack
Jeff Pasternack spearheads business and network development. He is a healthcare and financial services executive whose career has been defined by entrepreneurship, strategic problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to client service. Holding a master’s degree in healthcare administration and credentials as a Certified Financial Planner specializing in taxation, Jeff brings a rare interdisciplinary perspective that bridges healthcare operations, personal finance, business strategy, and organizational leadership.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in medicine and finance, Jeff developed an early understanding of both the human and operational sides of professional practice management. Earlier in his career, Jeff built a chain of interdisciplinary injury treatment centers. His hands-on leadership extended across every aspect of operations, including front desk management, collections, hiring, team development, site selection, administration, and growth strategy. As the internet emerged commercially in the mid-1990s, Jeff expanded into digital marketing and web technologies, later becoming a technology columnist for The Medical Bulletin, a healthcare publication with a monthly circulation of approximately 250,000.
Jeff’s entrepreneurial background also includes prior ownership of a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, where he served for three years on the Franchise Advisory Council representing franchise owners in discussions with corporate leadership. Across every stage of his career, customer service has remained central to his philosophy. Known for phrases such as “I live to serve” and “Your convenience is my pleasure,” Jeff has built a reputation for transforming complex financial and operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions clients can understand and implement with confidence.
Today, Jeff continues to focus on helping healthcare professionals and small business owners navigate increasingly complex operational and financial environments. Through innovative service models, high-touch advisory relationships, and a deep understanding of both healthcare and business systems, he remains committed to creating scalable solutions that allow providers to focus on serving their own clients and patients while building stronger, more sustainable organizations.
